摘　　要：目的:归纳81例眶脂肪脱垂患者的临床特点和治疗方法,为临床诊治提供参考。方法:对接受手术治疗并经病理学检查确诊的81例眶脂肪脱垂患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,观察其治疗效果。结果:81例患者中75例患者手术切除后未再复发,6例患者复发。结论:眶脂肪脱垂是临床上不常见的一种疾病,患者以中老年为主,易误诊,治疗以手术切除为主。Objective： To report the clinical features of orbital fat prolapse and the surgical treatment of the method of cutting off prolapsed orbital fat diagnosed in hospital. Methods： All 81 cases of orbital fat prolapse were treated via operation and confirmed by pathological examination. All the patients were collected and analyzed retrospectively and observed the effect of the treatment. Results： Of the 81 patients,75 patients did not relapse after surgical resection,and 6 patients relapsed.. Conclusion： Orbital fat prolapse is a clinically uncommon disease. Patients are mainly middle-aged and are often misdiagnosed.Treatment is mainly through surgical resection.
