摘　　要：研究前列腺癌骨转移与血清PSA水平及其病理分级关系，探讨骨转移发生的规律及特点。 方法 回顾性分析71例前列腺癌患者，在进行全身骨现象扫描前测定其血清PSA水平及标本进行病理分期。 结果 71位患者，骨转移37例（52.11%），骨未转移34例（47.89%），其中中分化癌与低分化癌组发生骨转移之间有明显差异，具有统计学意义（ P 〈0.05）；骨转移组PSA水平明显高于骨未转移组，且随着PSA水平升高，骨转移率也随之增高。 结论 前列腺癌骨转移与血清PSA水平及病理分级具有一定的相关性，低分化癌，PSA≥40 μg/mL时发生骨转移的可能性明显增高。Objective ： Study the relationship between bone metastasis of prostate cancer and serum PSA level and pathological grading,and to explore the regularity and characteristics of bone metastasis. Methods Analyse 71 patients with prostate cancer was performed retrospectively.The serum PSA levels and pathological staging were measured before the whole body bone scan was performed. Results： 71 patients of bone metastasis in 37 cases （52.11%）,no bone metastasis in 34 cases （47.89%）,in which the differentiation of carcinoma and low differentiated carcinoma group had significant difference between bone metastasis,with statistical significance （ P 〈0.05）;bone metastasis group PSA levels were significantly higher than that of bone without metastasis,and with elevated levels of PSA and bone the transfer rate is higher. Conclusion： Bone metastasis of prostate cancer and the serum PSA level and pathological grading has certain correlation,low differentiated carcinoma,PSA more than 40ug/ml when the possibility of bone metastasis was significantly increased.
