古文献中《司马法》称谓考辨——以《史记》《汉书》《隋书》为中心

摘　　要：古代典籍中关于《司马法》的称谓有很多,甚至同一典籍中存在着不同称谓。在《史记》《汉书》《隋书》中关于《司马法》的不同称谓,有些所指相同,有些则要区别对待。《史记》中"司马法"不是单一著作名,而应该理解为"司马之法",实质为军政文献的统称,而"司马兵法"和"司马穰苴兵法"则为同一部著作名。《汉书》中"军礼司马法"与"司马法"所指相同,就是《史记》中的《司马穰苴兵法》。《隋书》中"司马法"与"司马兵法"也为同一著作,都从汉代本《司马法》流传下来,称谓不同仅仅是版本之别。凌廷堪、黄以周二人以为《隋书》中"司马法"与"司马兵法"为两书,此说有误。There are many titles in ancient books about Methods of Sima, and even different appellations inthe same ancient book. In the historical records, Shi Ji, Han Shu and Sui Shu, the different titles of Methodsof Sima refer to the same points, while others should be treated differently. The ＂Methods of Sima＂ in Shi Ji isnot a single name, but it should be understood as ＂ the collection for Sima’s methods＂ , essentially as the general name of the military and political literature, while the ＂ Sima＇s military law＂ and ＂ military laws of Shi MaRang Ju ＂ are the same titles. In the book of Han Dynasty, the ＂ military etiquette Sima method＂ and the ＂Methods of Sima＂ mean the same book, titled as ＂military laws of Shi Ma Rang Ju＂ in Shi Ji. In the Sui Shu,the Methods of Sima and ＂ Sima＇s law of war＂ are also the same work, all of which were handed down from theHan Dynasty version of Methods of Sima, and the different appellations were only the difference of the versions. Ling Tingkan and Huang Yizhou took them as two books Methods of Sima and ＂ Sima＇s law of war＂ inthe Sui Shu of the Sui Dynasty, which is wrong.
