摘 要:本文基于自我决定理论,比较了传统课堂与"对分课堂"学习动机的强度差异,探讨了高校学生学习动机内化的影响机制。主要研究结论包括:(1)学生在课上产生的自我效能感、自主性体验和归属感对其外部学习动机的内化具有显著影响;(2)对分课堂教学更能有效地增强学生对外部动机的内化;(3)微信对学生外部动机内化起到了极大的促进作用。本文为"互联网+教育"和"对分课堂"等创新式课堂教学模式的研究提供了实证支持,也为高校教育改革提供了一定的借鉴。Based on the self-determination theory,this paper compares the intensity difference of students' learning motivation between when they are in a traditional class and a"PAD( Presentation-Assimilation-Discussion) Class" and analyzes the mechanism of students' learning motivation in university. The conclusions of this research are as follows:( 1) Students' sense of self-efficacy,autonomous experience and sense of belonging in class have a significant influence on their internalization of external learning motivations;( 2)Compared with traditional class,PAD class can more effectively improve students' sense of self-efficacy,autonomy,and sense of belonging,thus enhancing their internalization of external motivations;( 3) As a communication tool,WeChat plays an important role in promoting the external motivation of students. This research offers empirical support for innovative class teaching models like "Internet + education",PAD class and etc.,and provides a reference for the reform of college education.
