摘　　要：目的:研究左炔诺酮缓释系统辅助宫腔镜治疗子宫息肉的疗效。方法:选取2016年2月至2017年2月本院收治的子宫内膜息肉患者98例作为本次研究的对象,采取随机抽签的方式对患者进行分组,分为观察组与对照组各49例,所有患者均接受宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉电切术,观察组患者术后联用左炔诺酮缓释系统治疗,术后随访1年,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗前,两组患者卵泡期子宫内膜厚度无显著差异,治疗后6个月及12个月时,观察组患者卵泡期子宫内膜厚度明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者在雌、孕激素受体及生长因子表达上无显著差异,治疗后12个月时观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);另外在复发率及不良反应率上,观察组也明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:左炔诺酮缓释系统辅助宫腔镜治疗子宫内膜息肉具有显著的疗效,能够有效改善临床症状,减少不良反应,防止复发。Objective： To study the effect of levonorgestrel releasing system assisted hysteroscopic treatment of uterine polyps. Methods： From February 2016 to 2017 February in our hospital 98 cases of endometrial polyps as the research object, take the form of a lottery for grouping patients, divided into observation group and control group of 49 cases, all patients underwent hysteroscopic resection of endometrial polyps, patients in the observation group after surgery combined with levonorgestrel releasing system treatment, postoperative follow-up of 1 year, compared two groups of patients. Results： Before treatment, there was no significant difference between endometrial thickness of patients in the two group, 6 months after treatment and 1 At 2 months, the thickness of endometrium in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05）, but there was no significant difference in the expression of estrogen, progesterone receptor and growth factor between the two groups before treatment. At 12 months after treatment, the observation group was significantly lower than the control group （ P 〈 0.05）, in addition, the recurrence rate and the adverse reaction rate of the observation group were also significantly lower than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The left norethisterone sustained release system assisted hysteroscopic treatment of endometrial polyps has a significant effect. It can effectively improve clinical symptoms, reduce adverse reactions and prevent recurrence.
