职业高中学生吸烟行为优势与执行功能对吸烟行为的影响研究

摘　　要：目的了解职业高中学生吸烟行为现状,探讨吸烟行为优势与执行功能对吸烟行为的影响,为开展针对职业高中学生吸烟行为的预防干预提供科学依据。方法采用方便抽样与整群抽样相结合的方法,抽取四川省2个地区共954名职业高中学生为调查对象,使用吸烟行为优势与执行功能问卷进行调查。结果职业高中学生的吸烟率为27.2%,其中男生吸烟率高于女生(χ~2=115.04,P<0.01),高三学生的吸烟率最高(31.6%),农村学生的吸烟率高于城镇学生的吸烟率(χ~2=8.42,P<0.05)。吸烟学生中,初始吸烟平均年龄为15.9岁,平均烟龄为2.9年,有戒烟打算的占29.7%,二手烟暴露率为24.8%。职业高中学生吸烟线索出现可能性是吸烟行为的保护因素(OR=0.67),吸烟行为发生可能性是吸烟行为的危险因素(OR=4.36)。结论职业高中学生吸烟情况不容乐观,吸烟行为出现可能性对职业高中学生的吸烟行为有影响,净化职业高中学生的环境和减少吸烟行为优势有利于降低吸烟行为。OBJECTIVE To understand the current situation of smoking behavior of students in vocational high school,discuss the influence of smoking behavior advantage and executive function on smoking behavior,and provide scientific basis for the prevention intervention of smoking behavior of students in vocational high schools.METHODS By adopting the combination of convenience sampling and cluster sampling method,extraction of two regions of Sichuan province,a total of 954 vocational high school students were selected as the research object,using the advantages and executive function smoking behavior questionnaire investigation.RESULTS Vocational high school students’smoking rates was 27.2%,of which the boys’smoking rate was higher than girls（χ~2=115.04,P〈 0.01）,senior students’smoking rate was highest（31.6%）,the rural students’smoking rate was higher than the urban student’s smoking rate（χ~2=8.42,P〈0.05）.Among the smokers,the average age of initial smoking was 15.9 years,and the average age of smoking was 2.9 years,29.7% for smoking cessation and 24.8% for second-hand smoke.The likelihood of smoking clues in vocational high school students was the protective factor of smoking behavior（OR=0.67）.The likelihood of smoking behavior is the risk factor of smoking behavior（OR=4.36）.CONCLUSION Vocational high school students smoking situation were not optimistic,smoking behavior appeared likely to influence vocational high school students’smoking behavior,to purify the environment of the vocational high school students,the advantage of reducing smoking behavior was helpful to reduce the smoking behavior.
