摘  要:将羧甲基改性马铃薯淀粉添加到液体洗涤剂中,考察了用量对洗涤剂稳定性、黏度、p H、去污力、白度保持、灰分沉积等性能的影响。结果表明,随着羧甲基改性马铃薯淀粉用量的增加,体系的稳定性降低,黏度先增加后降低;加入羧甲基变性淀粉对蛋白污布的去污力明显提高,对洗涤相同次数的布片白度保持值和白度保持比值无明显影响;随羧甲基变性淀粉用量的增加,布片的沉积灰分量和沉积灰分比值逐渐减小。Potato starch modified with carboxymethyl was added in liquid detergent, the effects of the amount of potato starch modified by carboxymethyl on detergent stability, viscosity, p H, detergency, whiteness retention, ash deposition performance were studied. The results showed that with the increasing of the amount of potato starch modified by carboxymethyl, the stability of the system decreased, and the viscosity increased first and then decreased. With the addition of potato starch modified by carboxymethyl, the detergency of products to protein stained cloth increased significantly, and the white retention and the whiteness retention ratio had almost no changes after the same washing cycles. With the increasing of the amount of potato starch modified by carboxymethyl, the ash deposition and ash deposition ratio of fabric gradually decreased.
