摘 要:对分课堂是以"教为主导,学为主体"的辩证统一的教学观为理论基础,针对高校传统课堂教学进行的根本性变革。师生角色重新定位、教学方法互补选择和教学组织形式综合运用是合理实施对分课堂教学模式的基本条件。对分课堂教学模式还受到学习活动主体等因素的制约。唯有提高学习活动主体的水平、提升教学实施主体的素养、调整分组讨论中介、优化学习成果中介、精选自主学习中介,对分课堂教学模式实践才有可能向合理化方向发展。The theoretical basis of PAD class is that we need to seek the dialectical unity between teacher's leading role and student's dominant status.To implement PAD class reasonably,we need to fulfill the following conditions:reposition the role of teacher and student;teaching methods selected by us can make up the shortcomings of each other;apply different organization forms.PAD class is also restricted by several features,such as who is the principle part of the learning activity.To make the PAD class more reasonable in practice,we need to improve the ability of principle part of learning activity,enhance teacher's competitiveness,adjust the intermediary of group discussion,optimize the intermediary of study achievement,handpick the intermediary for self-learning.
