摘　　要：目的探讨康复评定对脑卒中后动眼神经麻痹患者治疗的影响。方法选取2014年8月-2016年8月哈尔滨市第一医院治疗的80例脑卒中后动眼神经麻痹患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组40例。治疗组采用等分测量技术的康复评定指导针灸治疗及康复训练，对照组采用单纯针灸治疗和康复训练，治疗3个疗程后，对两组的治疗效果、瞳孔大小、眼裂大小和眼球运动功能进行观察和比较。结果治疗组治愈10例，好转28例，无效2例；对照组治愈7例，好转23例，无效10例，治疗组的疗效优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗后两组患者的瞳孔大小、眼裂大小和眼球运动功能均显著改善，且治疗组优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论康复评定后配合针刺治疗及康复训练能够改善动眼神经麻痹患者的症状，提高治疗效果。Objective To investigate the effect of rehabilitation assessment on the treatment of patients with post - stroke oeulomotor nerve palsy. Methods From August 2014 to August 2016, 80 patients with post - stroke oculomotor nerve palsy in the first hospital of Harbin were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. Acupuncture and rehabilitation training were conducted in the treatment group according to the rehabilitation assessment. The control group received acupuncture and rehabili- tation training without pre - assessment. After three courses of treatment, the treatment effect, pupil size, size of ocular fissure and eye movement were noted. Results In the treatment group, 10 cases were cured, 28 cases were improved and 2 cases were ineffec- tive. In the control group, 7 cases were cured, 23 cases were improved and 10 cases were ineffective. The therapeutic effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. After treatment, pupil size, size of ocular fissure and eye movement were significantly improved in both groups, and the efficacy in the treatment group was better than that in the control group （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion Acupuncture and rehabilitation training combined with rehabilitation assessment prior to treatment can im- prove the symptoms of patients with oculomotor nerve palsy.
