盐酸米诺环素软膏对近中阻生齿拔除术后的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨下颌近中阻生齿拔除后局部应用盐酸米诺环素软膏对患者术后的影响。方法将天津中医药大学附属第二医院2016年7月-2017年7月收治的82例下颌近中阻生齿的患者随机分为研究组42例和对照组40例,研究组拔牙后将盐酸米诺环素软膏涂布于牙槽窝内,对照组为空白对照。分别比较术后第0、1、2、4和6天两组在疼痛、肿胀及张口度的差异。结果术后当天及第1天,研究组疼痛评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);第2、4及6天两组疼痛评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后肿胀及开口度在第2天时研究组评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而第6天时两组反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论下颌近中阻生齿拔除后局部应用盐酸米诺环素软膏可以在一定程度上减轻患者的不适症状,0.05 g盐酸米诺环素软膏涂布于牙槽窝表面至少可以维持2 d的药效。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of minocycline after third molar surgery. Methods82 patients,enrolled with mesially impacted third molar,admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of TMC from July 2016 to July 2017 were divided into the study group（42 cases）and the control group（40 cases）. The study group was coated with topical minocycline in alveolar fossa after extraction,while the control group was blank control. The differences in pain,swelling and mouth opening between the two groups on zeroth,first,second,4 th and 6 th day after operation were compared. Results In the first two days postsurgery,the VAS index of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference on VAS index between two groups on the second,4 th and 6 th day postsurgery（P〈0.05）. The swelling and mouth opening of the study group were lower than those of the control group at second day postsurgery（P〈0.05）, and there was no significant difference between two groups on the sixth day postsurgery（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Administration of topical minocycline with mesially impacted third molar surgery may relieve the patient＇s symptoms to some extent.0.05 g minocycline coating on the alveolar fossa surface can maintain at least 2 days of efficacy.
