摘 要:目的分析黄色微脉冲激光与传统格栅样激光光凝(MLG)对糖尿病黄斑水肿(DME)的临床疗效,为DME的临床治疗提供参考。方法将连云港市东方医院2012年1月-2016年1月收治的66例90眼DME患者随机分为黄色微脉冲激光组(观察组)与MLG组(对照组),比较两组治疗后第6个月平均矫正视力、中心视网膜厚度(CMT)及眼黄斑10°范围内视网膜光敏感度(MS)等。结果两组治疗后6个月平均矫正视力、CMT均有改善,且与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后6个月平均矫正视力、CMT比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后6个月平均MS较治疗前提高,对照组治疗后6个月平均MS较治疗前下降,且与两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与MLG相比,黄色微脉冲激光具有较高的治疗安全性,可明显改善视网膜光敏感度,更好地改善DME患者的视功能。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of the yellow micro pulsed laser and the traditional macular laser grid photocoagulation(MLG)for diabetic macular edema(DME),in order to provide reference for the treatment of DME. Methods 66 cases of patients(90 eyes)with DME in Lianyungang Oriental Hospital from January 2012 to January 2016 were randomly divided into the yellow micro-pulse laser group(the observation group)and the MLG group(the control group),and the average visual acuity examination,the central retinal thickness(CMT)and macular center sensitivity(MS)after the treatment at 6 months were compared. Results After treatment at 6 months,the average corrected visual acuity and CMT has both improved,which has a significant difference compared with before treatment(P〈0.05). There was no significant difference in the average corrected visual acuity and CMT between the two groups at 6 months after treatment(P〈0.05). After treatment at 6 months,the average MS in the observation group was higher than that before treatment,the average MS in control group was lower than that before treatment,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Compared with traditional MLG,the yellow micro-pulse laser has high therapeutic safety for the treatment of DME and could significantly improve the retinal light sensitivity,better improve the visual function of DME patients.
