《黄帝内经宣明论方》62证与《圣济总录》的渊源

摘　　要：目的:探讨《黄帝内经宣明论方》诸证门中62证与《圣济总录》相关内容的渊源。方法:通过列表形式对比二者在病名、病证描述、方名、方剂组成等方面的异同点。结果:《黄帝内经宣明论方》中的62证与《圣济总录》的补遗部分仅有一个病证不同;相关病证的病证描述、方剂描述内容大致相同,但二者有简繁的差异;方名相似;方剂组成有20个完全相同,其余仅个别药味和剂量不同。结论:《黄帝内经宣明论方》诸证门中62证的内容可能在很大程度上参考了《圣济总录》的相关内容。Objective： To discuss the origin between the related contents in ShengJi ZongLu and 62 syndromes of HuangDi NeiJing XuanMing LunFang. Methods： The similarities and difference of disease name, the description of disease and syndromes, the prescription names and the formation of the prescription between two books were compared by listing. Results： There was only one syndrome different between 62 syndromes of HuangDi Neiling XuanMing LunFang and the supplement of ShengJi ZongLu; the description of the syndrome for the related disease and the description of the prescription were roughly the same, while the difference of simple and complex was existed between them; the similarities of the prescription names： the formation of 20 prescriptions were completely the same, some herbs and the dose were different in the rest. Conclusion： The contents of 62 syndromes in HuangDi NeiJing XuanMing LunFang might refer to the related contents of ShengJi ZongLu to a great extent.
