摘　　要：目的探讨人文关怀护理和心理干预对乳腺癌患者不良心理及生活质量的影响。方法选取2016年4月至2017年4月间四川省简阳市人民医院收治的80例乳腺癌患者,按照入院顺序分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者采用人文关怀护理联合心理干预,比较两组患者的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)及生活质量评分。结果护理干预后,两组患者的焦虑和抑郁状态评分均下降,且观察组患者较对照组更低,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。护理干预后,两组患者生活质量各项指标评分均提高,且观察组的各项指标评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论对乳腺癌患者采用人文关怀护理联合心理干预,可显著改善其心理状态和生活质量。Objective To explore the effects of humanistic care and psychological intervention on the bad psychology and quality of life in patients with breast cancer. Methods A total of 80 patients with breast cancer treated at Jianyang People＇Hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were selected and divided into and observation group and a control group according to the sequence of hospitalization,with 40 patients in each group. The observation group was given humanistic care and psychological intervention and the control group was given routine nursing. The self-rating anxiety scale（ SAS）,self-rating depression scale（ SDS） and the quality of life scores were observed in the two groups. Results After nursing intervention,the anxiety and depression scores were significantly decreased in both groups with the ovservation group significantly lower than then control group（ P〈0. 05）. After nursing interventions,the quality of life was significantly improved in the two groups,and the improvement was more significant in the observation group than in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The humanistic care and psychological intervention can significantly improved mental state and quality of life in breast cancer patients.
