摘　　要：目的探讨舒适护理对卵巢癌化疗患者不良情绪及生活质量的影响。方法选取2015年4月至2017年4月间成都大学附属医院收治的60例卵巢癌化疗患者,采用随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,每组30例。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上加用舒适护理干预,对两组患者护理前后的焦虑(SAS)、抑郁(SDS)、生活质量评分及护理满意度进行综合评价。结果护理后,观察组患者的SAS和SDS评分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。护理后,观察组患者的生理健康和心理状态等生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度为93.3%(28例),显著高于对照组的70.0%(21例),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论卵巢癌化疗患者采用舒适护理,有利于缓解患者不良情绪,改善生活质量,护理满意度较高,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of comfort nursing on the adverse mood and quality of life in patients with ovarian cancer receving chemotherapy. Methods Sixty patients with ovarian cancer ovarian cancer receving chemotherapy treated at Chengdu University Affiliated Hospital from April 2015 to April 2017 were selected as the study subjects,and the patients were divided into an observation group and a conreol group with 30 patients in each group. The observation group was given comfortable nursing besides routine nursing and the control group was given regular care. Self-rating anxiety scale（ SAS）,self-rating depression scale（ SDS）,quality of life scores and nursing satisfaction were evaluated in the two groups before and after nursing care. Results The SAS and SDS scores were significantly better in the observation group than in the control group（ all P〈0. 05）. The quality of life scores including physical health and mental state was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group after nursing,（ all P〈0. 05）. The satisfaction rate was 93. 3%（ 28 patients） for the observation group than 70. 0%（ 31 patients） of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The application of comfort nursing in patients receiving chemotherapy for ovarian cancer is helpful to alleviate the bad mood,and improve the quality of life and the patients＇ satisfaction. It is worthy of promotion.
