摘　　要：Dear Editor,Iread with great interest the article by Gawdat et al. The authors evaluated the functional and aesthetic outcomes of upper eyelid cicatricial entropion correction using anterior lamellar recession （ALR） combined with procedures addressing the associated conditions including dermatochalasis, brow ptosis, blepharoptosis, and lid retraction. ALR was carried out for the correction of a mild to moderate upper lid entropion.Dear Editor,Iread with great interest the article by Gawdat et al.
