摘 要:目的全面评价成都市预防接种家长课堂宣讲效果及影响因素。方法采用多阶段分层随机抽样方法,考虑不同经济发展水平、城乡分布、地理状况等选择成都市6个区(市)县接种门诊家长进行定量问卷调查,数据采用Epi Data3.1双录入,对是否听过家长课堂的两组家长知晓情况进行分析,运用方差分析和多元线性回归模型分析宣讲效果及其影响因素。结果发放3 100份问卷,回收有效问卷2 840份(回收率91.61%),听过家长课堂人群预防接种知识得分(20.64分)高于未听过人群(16.86分),差异有统计学意义(t=23.70,P<0.05),其中性别、年龄、文化程度、户籍、与接种儿童关系及收入均会对听课效果造成影响,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),本地户籍人群、家庭收入越高、文化程度越高人群,听课效果越好。结论预防接种家长课堂这种全新的宣传模式能够有效提高家长对疫苗及相关知识知晓情况,从而提高儿童家长预防接种主动性和积极性,减少医患矛盾,最终达到控制传染病的目的。Objective To evaluate the effects of parents’ class of child vaccination and its main influencing factors.Methods Multi-stage stratified random sampling was used and six districts were selected according to the economic level and geographical distribution. Quantitative research questionnaire method was used to interview the parents. Data was double entered using Epi Data 3. 1. Analyzed the awareness of knowledge of those parents who were divided into two groups by whether attend the class. The factors with key variables were determined using one way ANOVA and multiple linear regressions. Results A total of 3 100 questionnaires were provided,there are 2 840(91. 61%) valid questionnaires were collected. Of the 2 840 cases interviewed,the scores of parents who had joined the parents’ class( 20. 64 points) were higher than whom had not joined the class(16. 86 points),the difference was statistically significant(P〈0. 05). One way ANOVA analysis revealed that the main factors relevant to the scores were gender,age,education level,census register,relationship with the child and monthly income of family. The difference was statistically significant( P 〈0. 05). The local registered family,higher monthly income and higher education level of parents, they had the better awareness of knowledge than others. Conclusion As a new model of health education,parents’ class program could improve the awareness of knowledge about vaccination,thus improve enthusiasm and initiative of parents can decrease the medical conflict,and to achieve the goal of control communicable diseases.
