Optimization of Alignment Control Network of CiADS

摘  要:三维控制网作为加速器准直基准,设计不当会对加速器的准直安装带来系统性偏差。为保证加速器准直控制网的精度和可靠性,研究了基准坐标系的原点选取和三轴指向建立原则,进行了三维控制网基准、网形、权和加密设计,确立了激光跟踪仪设站间距和控制网点位纵向间距。结合"控制网的质量标准",模拟计算了控制网的精度和可靠性。结果表明,采用基准、网形、权和改进设计后,控制网整体精度在360m内可以达到0.1mm,可靠性指标在双边设站情况下为0.6。该方法科学合理,满足中国加速器驱动系统(CiADS)实验装置要求,为未来CiADS建设安装提供了借鉴。As the datum of Accelerator Alignment,the inappropriate three-dimensional control network will bring systematic deviation to the direct installation of accelerator.The origin selection and the principle of three-axis pointing are studied in order to ensure the precision and reliability of the accelerator Control Network.The datum,network shape and weight of threedimensional control network are designed.The determination of the station spacing of laser tracker and the position spacing are completed.Then the precision and reliability of the control network are simulated by combining the quality standard of the control network.The results show that,the overall precision of the control net can reach 0.1 mm in 360 mby using the datum,the net shape,the weight and the improved design.And the reliability index of the bilateral setting station situation is 0.6.The optimization method is scientific and reasonable,which satisfies the requirements of CiADS's experimental equipment and provides reference for the construction of it in future.
