摘  要:花椒样品微波消解后,用ICP-AES法测定Fe、Sr等13种元素,而Pb、Cd等10种元素则用ICP-MS法测定,结果显示花椒中富含K、Ca、Mg、Fe等元素,这23种元素中,K含量最高达2.28%,Ca次之达0.81%,较少为Be、Tl,分别为0.006μg/g、0.090μg/g。After microwave digestion. The contents of 13 elements Such as Fe, Sr in Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim. were determined by using ICP-AES and Pb, Cd etc 10 elements were determined by 1CP-MS technique. The results indicated K, Ca, Mg, Fe were rich in Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim., and the content of K was in highest, amounting to 2.28 %, followed by Ca(0.81%), However the contents of Be, TI was Less in samples, only 0.006μg.g-1 and 0.090μg.g-1.
