摘 要:随着分子遗传学和现代生物技术的快速发展,分子数量遗传学也得到了相应发展,为分子育种技术的发展和进一步应用提供了基础与保障。与传统的育种方法比较,动物分子育种是直接在分子水平上对性状的基因进行选择,因此选种和育种的准确性更高。文章综述了分子育种技术在肉牛育种中的应用进展,为肉牛分子育种技术的应用提供参考。With the rapid development of molecular genetics and modern biotechnology,molecular quantitative genetics has also been developed,which provides the basis and guarantee for the development and further application of molecular breeding technology. Compared with traditional breeding methods,animal molecular breeding technology is directly in the selection of trait genes at the molecular level,therefore the accuracy of seed selection and breeding is higher. A review was concluded in this paper including application progress of molecular breeding technology in beef cattle breeding,which could provide an advice for the application of molecular breeding technology in beef cattle.
