板式定制家具智能制造技术浅探

摘　　要：智能化制造是定制家具生产的未来发展方向。本文通过分析板式定制家具行业在信息化生产中存在的主要问题,研究板式家具智能化生产的一般流程,指出软件与硬件的结合是智能化生产的关键,并根据市场上信息化改造的成熟经验,为定制家具企业转型升级提供合理建议。The intelligent manufacturing technology for customized furniture production is the inevitable direction.The authors studied the general process of the intelligent manufacturing and pointed out that the combination of software and hardware was the crucial in the intelligent manufacturing on the basis of the analysis of the main issues facing Chinese furniture manufacturers.According to the mature experience of the information transformation in the market,a reasonable suggestion for upgrading furniture production was proposed by the authors.
