摘 要:海绵窦海绵状血管瘤(CSH)是极罕见的海绵窦内肿瘤,是一种血管畸形疾病。由于其临床表现缺乏特异性且对其影像学表现认识不足,临床误诊率较高,MRI是目前诊断CSH的较佳影像学检查法。显微外科手术是最有效的治疗方法,立体定向放射治疗可避免显微手术切除的并发症,可考虑作为该肿瘤的主要治疗手段。目前治疗方式的选择仍需进一步研究,对不同治疗方式预后的研究需对更多病例长期随访。本研究对海绵窦海绵状血管瘤的临床研究新进展进行综述。Cavernous sinus hemangioma is a rare benign tumor of the cavernous sinus, belonging to vascular malformation disease. Due to the lack of specific clinical manifestations and the insufficient knowledge on its imaging manifestations, the rate of misdiagnosis is high. Magnetic resonance imaging is the best imaging method for the diagnosis of cavernous sinus hemangioma. Microsurgery is the most effective treatment, and stereotactic radiotherapy can be considered the primary treatment for the tumor because it avoids the complications of microsurgery resection. The current treatment options still need further study, and more cases and longer-term follow-up are required to study the efficacy of different treatments.
