水泥生产虚拟仿真系统在水泥工艺技术课程教学中的应用

摘　　要：水泥工艺技术是材料工程技术专业的专业核心课程,系统介绍了硅酸盐水泥的性能及生产过程,属于综合性较强的一门课程。水泥生产虚拟仿真系统采用一条日产5000 t水泥熟料生产线进行模拟操作,并配备有生产线3D模型。其在《水泥工艺技术》课程教学中的应用,能够让学生对生产线有直观的认识,并调动学生学习专业课程的积极性,是一种有效的教学方法。Cement technology is a professional core lesson formaterial engineering technology, whichintroduced portland cementperformance and production process, belongs to a comprehensivestrong course. The virtual simulation system for cementproduction uses a Nissan 5 000 t cement clinker production linefor simulation and is equipped with a production line 3D model.Its application in the teaching of ＂ Cement Technology＂ enablesstudents to have an intuitive understanding of the production lineand to mobilize the enthusiasm of students in their majorcourses. It is an effective teaching method.
