摘  要:基于三苯二噁嗪(TPDO),以浸酸羊皮为底物,研究了5种皮革同步鞣染或结合鞣染工艺。工艺1是将三苯二噁嗪发色基团“嫁接”到戊二醛(GT)的骨架上,得到一种具有同步鞣染性能的材料TPDO-GT并研究其鞣染性能。另外4种是采用TPDO与没食子酸(GA)、铝(Ⅲ)盐或铁(Ⅲ)盐组合,达到同浴鞣制-染色目的。工艺2、工艺4分别是先用铝(Ⅲ)盐或铁(Ⅲ)盐预鞣酸皮,再用TPDO和GA的混合物处理;工艺3、工艺5分别是先用TPDO和GA的混合物处理酸皮,再用铝(HI)盐或铁(Ⅲ)盐复鞣。5种鞣染工艺得到的革的颜色分别为紫红、深紫、红棕、墨绿和棕黑;通过差示扫描量热法(DSC)分析,革样的湿热稳定性为:工艺2〉工艺3〉工艺4〉工艺1〉工艺5:耐水洗坚牢度为:工艺1〉工艺2〉工艺3≈工艺4〉工艺5。Based on triphenodioxazine (TPDO), five simultaneous or combined tanning-dyeing processes were studied using pickled sheep pelt as raw material. The simultaneous tanning-dyeing material named TPDO-GT was ob tained by process 1 through a reactive dyestuff with aldehyde reactive groups which were prepared by grafting TPDO to the backbone of aglutaraldehyde-like compound (GT). The dyeing property of TPDO-GT was studied. The other four processes were combinations of TPDO with gallic acid (GA), AI(Ⅲ) or Fe(Ⅲ) salts, then using them treating the pelt to realize tanning-dyeing. Firstly process 2 and process 4 treated the pelt with Al(Ⅲ) salt and Fe( Ⅲ ) salt respectively and then treated with the mixture of TPDO and GA. Process 3 and process 5 used the mixture of TPDO and GA first and then using Al( Ⅲ) salt and Fe( Ⅲ) salt respectively. Tanning-dyeing effects of the five processes were compared and the results of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) analysis indicate that for hydrothermal stability process 2〉3〉4〉1〉5, The colors of process 1 is purple-red, 2 is dark purple, 3 is red brown, 4 is dark green, 5 is brown black. The washing fastness is process 1〉2〉3 ≈4〉5.
