佛波酯诱导小鼠慢性炎症模型考察肤光方抗炎作用的研究

摘　　要：目的:研究肤光方对佛波酯诱导的小鼠慢性炎症模型的抗炎疗效。方法:采用佛波酯(TPA)诱导昆明种小鼠耳部的慢性炎症模型,外用阳性药物吲哚美辛、肤光方,每日2次,连续给药3日后,观察药物对实验小鼠的耳厚度、耳重量、组织病理和髓过氧化物酶(MPO)的改变。结果:造模给药后的耳厚度、耳重量及MPO酶活性方面,阳性药吲哚美辛组同模型组比较,具有显著性差异(P<0.01);肤光方高剂量组同模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);皮损病理切片方面,模型组和正常空白对照组比较,棘层明显增厚,有明显的炎症细胞浸润,用药后,阳性药物组和肤光方高剂量组中增厚的棘层有所恢复,炎症细胞浸润有所改善。结论:佛波酯诱导的小鼠慢性炎症模型稳定,操作简单,可用于炎症的药效学研究,同时提示肤光方具有较强的抗炎作用。Objective： To study the anti-inflammatory effect of Fuguangfang on 12-O-tetradecanoilforbol acetate（ TPA）-induced chronic inflammation model in mice. Method： TPA-induced mouse ear edema,species of mice ear,external use positive drug indomethacin,fuguangfang,2 times a day,for three consecutive days,to observe the drug to the mice ear thickness,ear weight,histopathologic and myeloperoxidase（ MPO） of the change. Results： The building of ear thickness after the administration,ear weight and MPO enzyme activity,positive drug indomethacin group compared with model group was significant difference（ P 0. 01）; fuguangfan high dose group compared with model group,the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）; Skin pathological aspects of blank model group and normal control group,significantly thicker stratum spinosum,inflammatory cell infiltration,obviously after medication,positive drug group and light skin thickening in high dose group of stratum spinosum recovered,inflammatory cells infiltration. Conclusion：The chronic inflammation model in mice induced by TPA stability,simple operation can be used for inflammation in the pharmacodynamics research,and at the same time tip fuguangfang has strong anti-inflammatory effects.
