中医药独立学院学风管理模式的探索

摘　　要：作为中医药院校的独立学院,学生学风建设影响着整个学校的教育质量甚至整个中医药未来的发展。本文从中医药独立学院系部的角度出发,结合ISM结构模型的设计因素,对影响大学生学风建中涉及到的问题进行问卷调查,建议在以系部学风的基础上,为中医药独立学院的学风建设给予一定意见和建议,为努力把中医药独立学院大学生培养成为合格的社会主义中医药人才和社会主义事业接班人做贡献。As independent colleges of Chinese medicine,management modes of students study styles affects the quality education of the whole school and even the development of the whole Traditional Chinese Medicine ＇s future. Combined with the design factors of the structure model about the ISM and Standing in the department of study styles from the perspective of independent colleges and universities of Chinese medicine department standpoint,we analysed the questionnaire survey about study style affecting the university students involves many problems. This article argued that independent colleges of Chinese medicine should be developed in the Universities in China in an effort to change students ＇ learning motivation,developed their excellent study styles and taught students how to become qualified socialist talents of Chinese medicine and make contribution to the successors of socialism.
