摘  要:目的:探究乳酸(LAC)、二胺氧化酶(DAO)与早产儿胃肠功能障碍的相关性。方法:选择554例早产儿,其中对照组454例,试验组分为试验一组(非危重型早产儿胃肠功能障碍组)48例和试验二组(危重型早产儿胃肠功能障碍组)52例。所有入选早产儿均在出生后第0小时、第24小时、第72小时采集脐血及外周动脉血,测定血中LAC、DAO水平。结果:与对照组相比,试验一组和试验二组患儿出生后0小时血中LAC水平明显升高(P<0.05),DAO水平无明显变化(P>0.05)。出生后第24小时、第72小时,试验一组和试验二组患儿的血中LAC、DAO水平明显升高(P<0.05)。试验组之间比较,出生第0小时、第24小时、第72小时后试验一组患儿血中LAC、DAO水平均低于试验二组(P<0.05)。结论:早产儿胃肠功能障碍严重程度与血LAC、DAO水平密切相关,两者有助于对胃肠功能障碍做出早期诊断,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the correlation between lactic acid( LAC),diamine oxidase( DAO) and gastrointestinal dysfunction in preterm infants. Method 554 premature infants born in our hospital were selected,454 cases in the control group,the experimental groups consisted of experimental first group 48 cases( non-dangerous preterm infants with gastrointestinal dysfunction) and experimental second group 52 cases( gastrointestinal dysfunction in preterm infants with severe illness). All selected preterm infants collected umbilical cord blood and peripheral arterial blood at 0,24,and 72 h after birth and measured blood levels of LAC and DAO. Results Compared with the control group,after birth 0 h,LAC level in blood were significantly increased in experimental first and second group( P〈0.05),no significant changes in DAO level in blood( P〉0.05); after birth 24,72 h,LAC,DAO level in blood were significantly increased in experimental first and second group( P〈0.05). Comparison within experimental groups,the blood levels of LAC and DAO in the first group were lower than those in the second group after birth 0,24 and 72 h( P〈0.05). Conclusion The severity of gastrointestinal dysfunction in preterm infants is closely related to the levels of blood LAC and DAO. Two factors is helpful for the early diagnosis of gastrointestinal dysfunction and is worthy of clinical application.
