Leep刀宫颈锥切术治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨Leep刀宫颈锥切术治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变的临床疗效。方法:分析收治的90例宫颈上皮内瘤变患者临床资料,依据治疗措施不同进行分组,对照组(宫颈冷刀锥切术组)45例和观察组(Leep刀宫颈锥切术组)45例。观察两组宫颈上皮内瘤变患者手术时间、出血量、住院时间、术后阴道流血、切缘阳性、宫颈狭窄、复发率、术后并发症情况。结果:观察组宫颈上皮内瘤变患者手术时间、出血量、住院时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组宫颈上皮内瘤变患者术后阴道流血、切缘阳性、宫颈狭窄、复发率、术后疼痛、感染、脱痂期出血、宫颈外口粘连发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:Leep刀宫颈锥切术治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变患者,其创伤小,疗效明显,术后并发症少,值得临床推广应用。Objective To approach curative effect of treatment CIN by Leep knife cervical conization. Method The clinical data of 90 cases of CIN patients in our hospital were analyzed,they were divided into two group by different treatment method,control group（ cold knife conization group） 45 cases and detection group（ Leep knife cervical conization group） 45 cases. The operation time、haemorrhage、hospital stay、postoperative vaginal bleeding、incisal positive、cervical stenosis、recurrence rate、postoperative complications of two group CIN patients were detected. Results The operation time、haemorrhage、hospital stay of detection group CIN patients were lower than control group,the difference were statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. The postoperative vaginal bleeding、incisal positive、cervical stenosis、recurrence rate、postoperative pain、infection、eschar bleeding、conglutination of the cervix rate of two group CIN patients were no difference（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment CIN by Leep knife cervical conization,injury is little,curative effect is obviously,postoperative complications is little,it is worth to be used.
