摘 要:采用金属Ni Cr合金箔作为电阻材料,用光刻技术在玻纤板上制备薄膜桥点火电阻器,研究了薄膜桥点火电阻器的发火性能,并结合Ansys仿真软件,建立薄膜桥点火电阻器的有限元模型,模拟了1.5 A、5 ms发火条件下电阻体的电压分布及温度分布情况。试验结果表明:此种薄膜桥点火电阻器具有良好的发火性能。仿真结果表明,施加电载荷时热量主要集中在薄膜桥桥区中心处。NiCr alloy foil was used for resistor material in this paper. The thin film bridge ignition resistor was prepared by photo lithography technology on the fiber-glass substrate. The fire properties were studied as well. The finite element model of thin film bridge ignition resistor was established by utilizing the Ansys software. Under the 1. 5 A,5 ms fire condition,the distributions of voltage and temperature were researched. The test results showthat the film ignition resistor has good fire property. The simulation results showthat the heat is mainly concentrated in the center of the thin film bridge,when the electricity is loaded.
