摘 要:针对提高车轮装配助力机械手装配精度的共性需求,提出了一种装配精度的优化方法。结合机械手的结构和工作原理,推导出了装配精度和操作力的函数,分析了机械手装配精度、操作力和夹具质量之间的关系,进而提出了装配精度的优化方法:减小夹具质量。利用ANSYS Workbench中的Design Xplorer模块对夹具进行了轻量化设计,以装配精度和操作力的函数为基础定量分析了优化前后的操作力和装配精度,计算结果表明:机械手的操作力有所降低,装配精度有所提高,验证了优化方法的可行性和有效性。An optimization method of assembly accuracy is proposed in order to satisfy common requirement of improving the wheelassembly manipulator's assembly accuracy. The functions of assembly accuracy and operation force are deduced by combining with its structure and working principle. The relationship between assembly accuracy,operating force and the quality of the fixture is analyzed. A optimization method is put forward for,which is to reducing the quality of fixture. The design of the fixture is carried out for lightweight by using the Design Xplorer module in ANSYS Workbench. The operation force and assembly accuracy are analyzed quantitatively based on the functions of assembly accuracy and operating force. The calculation results show that the operating force is reduced and the assembly accuracy is improved,which prove the feasibility and effectiveness of the optimization method.
