摘 要:建立了制造商生产不确定下单周期快消品供应链的生产与订购模型,在传统批发价契约的基础上提出了剩余折扣补贴契约。研究表明,剩余折扣补贴契约通过将制造商过量生产的那部分产品以折扣价格销售给零售商的方式解决了在传统批发价契约中制造商因过量生产导致的持有成本问题,可以分担制造商的生产风险,并在一定程度上刺激制造商提高计划产量更好地满足零售商需求。此外,两种契约下制造商的期望利润均为制造商计划产量的凹函数。给出了生产扰动服从均匀分布情况下的制造商计划产量的解析表达式,并给出了剩余折扣契约较批发价契约能刺激制造商提高计划产量和提升期望利润的条件,最后以制造商最优条件为约束求解了两种契约下零售商的最优订购量的解析表达式,并结合算例对结论进行了管理分析。In this paper, the production and ordering model of the single-period FMCG supply chain with production uncertainty at the manufacturer was established, which proposed the residual discount subsidy contract on the basis of the traditional wholesale price contract.The finding showed that the residual discount subsidy contract could avoid the holding costs for the manufacturer due to overproduction in the traditional wholesale price contract by selling the overproduced part of the products to retailers at a discount price. It could scatter the production risk of the manufacturer and to some extent stimulate the manufacturer to increase its planned production to better meet the demand of the retailer. In addition, the manufacturer's expected profit under both contracts is a concave function of the manufacturer's planned production. Next, the analytical expression of the manufacturer's planned production with production disturbances subject to even distribution was given, as well as the conditions for the residual discount contract to stimulate the manufacturer to increase its planned production and expected profit in excess to the wholesale price contract. At the end, with the optimal manufacturer condition as the constraint,the analytical expressions of the optimal retailer order quantity under the two contracts were solved, and a numerical example analyzed for the management analysis of the conclusions reached.
