摘　　要：目的研究消溃汤联合雷贝拉唑治疗十二指肠溃疡疗效及对血清一氧化氮(NO)、转化生长因子-α(TGF-α)、N F-κB和白介素-8(IL-8)水平的影响。方法选取某院2015年2月至2016年2月收治的124例十二指肠溃疡患者,根据就诊序号分为观察组(消溃汤+雷贝拉唑,n=62)与对照组(雷贝拉唑,n=62),观察两组治疗前后中医症状积分、治疗效果、血清NO、TGF-α、NF-κB和IL-8水平。结果治疗后,两组中医症状积分均较治疗前显著下降,且观察组下降幅度更大(P<0.05),观察组、对照组治疗总有效率分别为100%和93.55%(P<0.05);较治疗前比,两组血清N O、TGF-α水平显著上升,N F-κB、IL-8显著下降,观察组各物质水平改善幅度更明显(P<0.05)。结论消溃汤联合雷贝拉唑可有效改善十二指肠溃疡患者临床症状,提高治疗效果,显著改善血清NO、TGF-α、NF-κB、IL-8水平。Objective To study the efficacy of Xiaokui decoction combined with rabeprazole in the treatment of duodenal ulcer and their influence on serum levels of NO,TGF-α,NF-κB and IL-8.Methods 124 cases of patients with duodenal ulcer admitted to a hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were selected and divided into the observation group（Xiaokui decoction and rabeprazole,n =62） and the control group（rabeprazole,n =62） in accordance with their admission order.The TCM symptoms score,treatment effect,serum levels of NO,TGF-α,NF-κB and IL-8 levels were observed before and after the treatment.Results After treatment,the TCM symptoms scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before the treatment and the decreasing degree of the observation group was bigger（P〈0.05）.The treatment effective rate was 100% in the observation group and 93.55% in the control group（P〈0.05）.After the treatment,the serum levels of NO and TGF-α increased significantly while the levels of NF-κB and IL-8 decreased significantly in both groups and the improvement level of each substance was more significant in the observation group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Xiaokui decoction combined with rabeprazole can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with duodenal ulcer and enhance the treatment effect,significantly improving the serum levels of NO,TGF-α,NF-κB and IL-8.
