摘　　要：灰底涂布白板纸是由涂布层、面层、衬层、芯层和底层五层组成的结构,其涂料组分主要为研磨碳酸钙、高岭土、羧基丁苯胶乳、改性淀粉、分散剂、抗水剂、润滑剂、保水剂等。介绍了三次涂布灰底涂布白板纸的预涂、中涂、面涂涂料不同的颜料、胶粘剂配比、颜料的性能要求以及涂料制备工艺流程,并对涂料制备部分工艺和设备的要求作了说明。The white paperboard with grey back primarily consists of five coating layers,i. e.,coating layer,facial layer,lining layer,core layer,and back layer. The main components of coating materials for this white paperboard comprise ground calcium carbonate,kaolin clay,carboxylic butadiene-styrene latex,modified starch,dispersing agents,water repellent agents,lubricating agents,waterretaining agent and other components. The main components and preparation procedure for the premier,middle,and top coating layer of three-time-coating white paperboard with grey back were introduced,and the specific requirement on the process and equipment for color preparation was illustrated.
