摘　　要：研究聚六亚甲基胍盐酸盐(PHGC)作为杀菌剂和胶黏物控制剂在造纸白水中的应用效果。结果表明:PHGC在造纸循环白水中有较好的杀菌防腐作用,适用于不同纸厂的循环白水,添加50mg/L的PHGC杀菌率均达到90%以上。对白水的杀菌效果优于其他非胍类杀菌剂,且效果更持久,加药8h后后仍能保持90%以上的杀菌率。PHGC具有一定的胶黏物消除作用。随着添加量的增大,消除作用越明显。在添加量70mg/L时,作为胶黏物控制剂的效果最好,此时滤液浊度降低31.6%。PHGC与噻唑类杀菌剂复配具有协同作用,有加速杀菌的效果。并且复配杀菌剂的长效抑菌性能和胶黏物控制性能更优越。The application effects of polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride（ PHGC） as a bactericide and stickies control agent in paper white water was investigated. The results showed that,PHGC had good bactericidal and antiseptic effect in white water of papermaking cycle,and it was suitable for circulating white water from different paper mills. The sterilization rate in white water of added 50 mg/L PHGC were all above 90%. In addition,PHGC had a better bactericidal effect and a longer effect in white water than other non-guanidine bactericides. It can still maintain a sterilization rate of more than 90% after 8 hours of dosing. PHGC also presented a certain amount of elimination effect for the stickies. As the amount of addition increases,the elimination effect became more obvious. At the addition of 70 mg/L,the effect of PHGC as the stickies control agent was optimal,with the turbidity of the filtrate decreased by 31. 6%. Furthermore,a synergistic effect was found while PHGC was mixed with Thiazole bactericide. It accelerated sterilization. The long-acting bacteriostatic performance and adhesive control performance of the compound bactericide were superior.
