摘　　要：Gardner综合征是一种罕见的常染色体显性遗传疾病,表现为多发性胃肠道息肉及其他病变如软组织肿瘤、牙齿异常、骨瘤、视网膜色素上皮增生等。本文通过报道1例Gardner综合征合并严重的慢性中央性颌骨骨髓炎,以此提高对Gardner综合征口腔表现的认识和警惕。Gardner syndrome is a rare autosomal dominant disease. Its symptoms include multiple intestinal polyps, soft tissue tumors, dental disorders, osteoma, and congenital hypertrophy of the retinal pigment epithelium. Here, we present a patient with Gardner syndrome and chronic osteomyelitis of the jaw to highlight the serious damage that can be caused by Gardner syndrome.
