摘　　要：实现部分地方本科高校的转型发展,既是主动适应我国经济发展新常态,积极融入产业转型升级和创新驱动发展的总体部署和全局要求,也是高校全面提升服务区域经济社会发展和人才培养内涵质量的战略机遇和必然选择。为此,福建师范大学福清分校在应用型的办学顶层设计、学科专业体系、人才培养模式、教学团队、教学体系、办学特色等方面积极探索和实践,走出一条适合自身发展特色的转型道路,以真正激发起转型发展的内生动力和自身活力。To realize the transformation of parts of the undergraduate course colleges and universities development, is not only adapted to our country economy development the new normal, melt into the overall deployment of industrial transformation and upgrading and innovation driven development and global demand, but also comprehensive universities enhance the connotation of service regional economic and social development and talent training quality of strategic opportunities and inevitable choice. To applied in fuqing branch of fujian normal university top-level design, the system of subjects of teaching and talent training mode, teaching team, teaching system, active exploration and practice of school running characteristics, out of a suitable for their own development characteristics of the transformation of the road, in order to truly inspire the endogenous driving force of the development of the transition and its own vitality.
