摘 要:快速热启动进行首次定位是导航芯片必备的功能。本文提出一种多电压域设计方案,在此方案的基础上,可以实现快速热启动功能。该热启动方案把导航数据存储在不掉电SRAM中,并使用持续计数的RTC计数器来估计时间。该多电压域方案把导航芯片分为两个电压域:一块电压域在芯片掉电时正常掉电;另一块电压域使用电池供电,即使芯片掉电,仍然正常工作。存储导航数据的SRAM和RTC位于第二块电压域中。本文介绍了该导航芯片多电压域设计和验证方案。目前,该芯片已经流片成功,多电压域功能达到预期目标。Hot-start to fix position at the first time is a compulsory functionality of navigation chip. A solution of multiple power ,domain is proposed, based on which quick hot-start is achieved. The solution stores navigation data in a hlock of sram which never lost power. The solution uses RTC counter which never lost power to estimate time. The solution splits chip into two power domain. The first power domain lost power normally when the chip lost power. The second power domain uses battery as power source, and will work normally when the chip lost power. The second power domain consists of a block of sram and RTC. The chip has been taped-out successfully, and its multiple power domain solution has achieved its design standard.
