摘 要:高容量锂电池蓄电池组,在便携电子产品、航空、电动汽车等领域具有广泛的应用需求,但是锂电池组的广泛应用具有安全隐患瓶颈问题亟待解决。本文针对安全隐患的产生机理与防治措施,对锂电池的工作特性进行分析。基于对锂电池组工作状态的实时检测方法研究,以STM32为处理器,通过对元器件的合理选择,设计了一套锂电池组工作状态中对电流、电压实时检测系统。通过使用3串2900mA的18650锂电池进行仿真测试,验证了该系统的可行性和精度。实验结果表明,该系统能够有效抑制各种对测量的干扰因子,实时获得锂电池组单体电压、总电压和充放电电流等参数。High capacity lithium battery batteries have wide applications in portable electronic products, aviation, electric vehicles and other fields. However, the extensive application of lithium battery has potential safety hazard and the bottleneck problem needs to be solved. According to the mechanism and prevention measures of security risks, analyze the working characteristics of the lithium battery based on the study on the detection method of lithium battery based on the state, with STM32 as the processor, through the rational selection of the components, the design of a real-time detection system of a lithium battery working state. The feasibility and accuracy of the system are verified by simulation tests using 3 2900mA 18650 Li batteries. The experimental results show that the system can effectively suppress all kinds of interference factors, and obtain the parameters such as the voltage, the total voltage and the full electric current of the lithium battery.
