摘  要:辊间压力是设计磨粉机的关键参数。目前所取的辊间压力值为定值,其影响因素仍处于定性分析阶段。以物料为研究对象,从能量守恒角度及弹性体压缩过程分别推导出平均辊间压力、剪切力和瞬态辊间压力及剪切力。The pressure between rollers is the key parameter of the design of the mill. At present, the value of the pressure between rollers is fixed. The influencing factors are still in the qualitative analysis stage. In this pa-per, the average value of pressure between rollers is deduced from the angle of energy conservation. In addition,the material crushing process is considered as an elastomer compression process, and the pressure and shear force between the transient rolls are deduced.
