摘 要:目的研究鹿茸多肽蛋白的提取较佳方法,以及研究其是否有抗感染效果。方法通过超声法和CO_2超临界萃取法提取鹿茸蛋白,对比两种方法提取率,并确定较佳提取方法。之后酶解鹿茸多肽蛋白,NIH3T3细胞实验来研究鹿茸多肽蛋白的抗炎效果。结果 CO_2超临界萃取法的提取率高于超声法,中高剂量的酶解鹿茸多肽蛋白有显著的抑制炎症效果。结论 CO_2超临界萃取法为较佳的提取工艺,且鹿茸多肽蛋白有抗感染效果。Objective To study the better extraction method of antler polypeptide protein and whether it has anti-inflammatory effect. Methods The yield of antler protein was compared by ultrasonic extraction and CO2 supercritical extraction. Afterwards, the anti-inflammation effect of antler polypeptide protein was studied by enzymatic hydrolysis of antler polypeptide protein and NIH3T3 cell experiment. Results The extraction rate of CO2 supercritical extraction is higher than that of ultrasonic extraction, and the medium and high dose enzymatic hydrolysis of antler polypeptide protein has a significant anti-inflammatory effect. Conclusion CO2 supercritical extraction is a better extraction process, and antler polypetide Protein has anti-inflammatorv effect.
