摘　　要：基于国内虚拟企业组织研究文献这一研究对象,利用文献计量方法,分析国内虚拟企业组织相关研究的趋势和动态。以中国知网(CNKI)作为文献来源数据库,首先从对国内虚拟企业组织研究中文文献的数量、来源、作者机构和主题进行了文献计量分析;其次对文献主要内容进行分析、归纳,发现虚拟企业组织的研究主要集中在内涵、运营机制、结构、模式建立、组织管理、应用及创新等七个层面。指出虚拟企业组织的信任机制以及虚拟企业组织环境下我国电子商务组织发展模式问题值得进一步研究。Based on the research literature of the domestic virtual enterprise organization,this paper analyzes the trend of the research on the organization of virtual enterprises in China by means of bibliometrics. With Chinese net database（ CNKI） as a document source,it analyzes literature metrology in terms of the number,institutions and themes of Chinese literature of the domestic virtual enterprise organization research. Then it summarizes and analyzes the main content of the literature,finding out that the research on the organization of virtual enterprise mainly focused on the connotation,operation mechanism,structure,model,organization and management,application and innovation; It points out that the trust mechanism of virtual enterprise organization and the development mode of China＇s e-commerce organization under the environment of virtual enterprise are worthy of further study.
