摘　　要：高端人才是雄安新区建设发展的重要支撑。雄安新区引进高端人才具有引领人才群体、推动科技创新、推动社会进步等重要功能,同时雄安新区集聚人才面临着理念革新、制度变革、结构调整等迫切解决的问题。深圳特区、浦东新区等经验对雄安新区具有重要借鉴意义。雄安新区人才体制机制建设应加强自然环境、基础设施及公共服务建设、发挥产业和项目转移的带动作用、建立有竞争力的薪酬体系、拓展人才发展空间和完善人才服务机制。High-end talents are the important support for the construction and development of xiong＇an new area. Xiong＇an district guiding talent group has important function on the introduction of high-end talent,promoting scientific and technological innovation,at the same time,the Xiong＇an district gathered talents facing problems urgent to solve,such as the idea innovation,institutional change,and structural adjustment,etc. The experiences of Shenzhen special zone and Pudong new area are of great significance to Xiong＇an new area. X iong＇an new district talent system and mechanism construction should strengthen the construction of natural environment and infrastructure and public service,give play to the leading role of industry and project transfer,establish competitive compensation system,expand the talent development space and improve the talent service mechanism.
