摘　　要：目前在多所高校设置"数据科学与大数据技术"新专业的背景下,基于新工科理念面向行业需求,进行大数据人才培养模式研究是亟需的课题。基于新工科理念面向经管领域大数据人才需求及培养过程中存在的问题,提出基于新工科理念面向经管领域大数据人才培养模式。该模式通过构建课程体系和优化教学内容体现经管领域特色;通过改革教学方式加强实践教学和校企协同产教融合共建大数据专业教学支撑环境,增强学生解决经管领域复杂工程问题的能力,提高大数据人才培养质量。At present,in background of many colleges and universities setting up new major of ＂data science and technology of data＂,research on big data training mode based on the new concept of engineering for industry demand is the urgent issue. Based on the concept of new engineering,this paper proposes a training model of big data talents in the field of economic management. This model reflects the characteristics of economic management field by constructing curriculum system and optimizing teaching content. To improve the quality of big data talent cultivation, through teaching methods reform, we should strengthen the practice teaching and the cooperative education between colleges integration to build big data professional teaching support environment,enhance students＇ ability to solve the problem of complex engineering management field.
