摘 要:变温霍尔效应实验重点在于半导体载流子输运特性分析,但是磁场和样品电流手动换向影响了测量准确性.利用原有设备测控功能并增加继电器实施磁场换向,实现由计算机测控的变温霍尔效应简易测量方法.在手动测量理解实验技术原理的基础上,通过自动化测量使教学实验从定性观测提升到半定量测量分析层次.实验教学方案优化不仅拓展数据处理方法,还丰富了实验教学内容和物性分析结果.The variable temperature Hall effect experiment focuses on the analysis of the transport characteristics of semiconductor.But the manual switch of the direction of both magnetic field and sample current may affect the measurement accuracy.A simple measurement of variable temperature Hall effect was realized by using a relay to switch the direction of magnetic field and computer data acquisition.Based on the understanding of the principle of the measurement technology,the Hall effect experiment could be promoted from qualitative observation to semi quantitative analysis with automatic measurement.The optimization of the experiment scheme extended the data processing technique,and enriched the experimental teaching content and the results of physical analysis from the original data.
