摘　　要：目的观察阿托伐他汀钙加用对阿尔茨海默病(AD)血清中白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)含量水平的影响。方法采用ELISA及免疫荧光干式定量法测定AD患者在运动锻炼、饮食控制、心理治疗、营养脑神经的基础上31例加用阿托伐他汀钙(观察组)及30例未加用者(对照组)治疗前、治疗6个月后血清中IL-1β、MMP-9、hs-CRP含量水平。同时进行简明智力状态检查量表(MMSE)评定及日常生活活动能力(ADL)评分。结果IL-1β、MMP-9、hs-CRP、MMSE、ADL水平2组治疗前比较无明显差异(P>0.05),6个月后均较治疗前降低或升高(P<0.01);但观察组较对照组降低或升高更显著(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论阿托伐他汀钙通过降低AD患者血清中IL-1β、MMP-9、hsCRP含量水平,达到改善AD患者认知功能及提高日常生活质量的目的。Objective To observe the effect of atorvastatin calcium on the serum levels of interleukin-1 beta（IL-1 beta）,matrix metalloproteinase-9（MMP-9）and high sensitive C-reactive protein（hs-CRP）in patients with Alzheimer＇s disease（AD）.Methods On the basis of exercise,diet control,psychotherapy,brain nutrition,serum IL-1β、MMP-9、hs-CRP were examined in31 patients treated with atorvastatin calcium by ELISA and immunofluorescence dry quantitative method（observation group）and30 patients（control group）without application of atorvastatin calcium respectively before and 6 months treatment.At the same time,the Mini-Mental State Examination（MMSE）and the activity of daily living（ADL）score were used.Results The results of IL-1,MMP-9,hs-CRP,beta MMSE,ADL between observation and control two groups before treatment had no significant difference（P〉0.05）.After 6 months,the values in the treatment group decreased or increased（P〈0.01）;but were more significantly in the treatment group（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.Conclusion Atorvastatin calcium can improve the cognitive function and improve the quality of life of AD patients by reducing the levels of IL-1 beta,MMP-9 and hs-CRP.
