曲克芦丁注射液联合胞磷胆碱钠治疗脑梗死的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析曲克芦丁注射液联合胞磷胆碱钠治疗脑梗死的效果。方法选取五莲县妇幼保健院治疗的114例脑梗死患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组。对照组采取常规治疗,观察组采用曲克芦丁注射液+胞磷胆碱钠治疗。分析临床疗效、神经功能缺损程度、日常生活能力。结果治疗后,与对照组比较,观察组总有效率显著增高(P<0.05);治疗前2组NIHSS评分及Barthel指数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后2组NIHSS评分下降,Barthel指数提升;治疗后2周、1个月及3个月,观察组NIHSS评分显著低于对照组,Barthel指数显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论曲克芦丁注射液联合胞磷胆碱钠治疗脑梗死,可有效提升疗效,降低神经功能缺损程度,提高日常生活能力。Objective To analyze the application effect of Troxerutin injection combined with citicoline sodium in the treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods 114 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method.Control group was treated with routine cerebral infarction treatment,and observation group was treated with troxerutin injection ＋ citicoline sodium.The clinical curative effect,degree of neurologic function defect and ability of daily life of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in NIHSS score and Barthel index between the two groups before treatment（P〉0.05）.After treatment,the NIHSS score gradient decreased,Barthel index gradient increased in both groups.The NIHSS scores were significantly lower and Barthel index in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group at 2 weeks,1 month and 3 months after treatment（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Troxerutin injection combined with citicoline sodium can effectively improve the curative effect,decrease the degree of neurological deficits,and improve the ability of daily life in patients with cerebral infarction.
