摘　　要：在全球信息化快速发展的大背景下,信息技术与经济社会的交汇融合引发了数据的迅猛增长,数据信息资源已成为国家、政府正常运营的基础性战略资源保障。在现代化企业运营管理中,越来越多的企业开始重视挖掘本企业内部业务数据、管理数据等各类数据资源价值并将其合理应用,从而逐步达到提升企业整体管理效率和竞争力的目的。立足建筑行业国有企业人力资源管理,通过围绕企业发展战略,不断探索、挖掘人力资源部门管理范围内数据信息资源价值,并通过多种途径使其为企业发挥决策支持作用,这对于人力资源管理工作有着非常重要的研究意义。Under the background of the rapid development of global informatization, the fusion of information technology and economic society has triggered a rapid growth of data. Data and information resources have become the basic strategic resources for the normal operation of the state and the government. In the operation and management of modern enterprises, more and more companies are paying attention to digging the value of various data resources such as internal business data and management data of the company and applying them reasonably, so as to gradually improve the overall management efficiency and competitiveness of the enterprise. Based on the human resource management of the state-owned enterprises in the construction industry, through the development strategy of the enterprise, the company continuously explores and taps the value of data information resources within the management scope of the human resources department, and makes it play a decision-making role for the enterprise through various means, which has a very important research significance for human resource management.
