摘  要:氨苄青霉素(ampicillin,Amp)是畜牧养殖过程中常用β-内酰胺类抗生素药物之一,由于其可被作为饲料添加剂使用,导致动物源性食品中氨苄青霉素残留超过最大残留允许量,因此,氨苄青霉素滥用问题已得到广泛关注。目前检测氨苄青霉素残留的方法主要包括理化检测法、微生物检测法和免疫分析法。针对氨苄青霉素及残留现状的概况,综述了氨苄青霉素残留检测方法的研究进展。Ampicillin is one of the most commonly used β-lactam antibiotics in the process of animal husbandry.However,ampicillin may be added into provender and thus leads the levels of residues exceeding the maximum residue limits in food of animal origin.As a result,there is a widely concern about the abuse of ampicillin.Detection methods of ampicillin residues mainly include physical and chemical test,microbiological assay and immunoassay.In the light of the general situation of ampicillin and its residue,the research progress of detection methods for ampicillin residue was reviewed.
