邢台地区农村电商物流模式问题与对策

摘　　要：由于邢台农村发展落后,电商快递从乡镇到农村收货人之间的"最后一公里"面临成本高、速度慢等诸多问题。调查发现农村电商物流存在基础设施建设不完善、网点建设滞后、物流信息化水平较低、缺少专业快递从业人员等问题。结合邢台农村快递现状,提出发展农村物流基础设施、加强农村网点建设、加强农村物流信息平台建设、加强农村物流人才队伍建设的对策建议。Due to the backwardness of rural development in Xingtai, the ＂last mile＂ between e-commerce express delivery from township to rural consignee faces many problems such as high cost and slow speed. The survey found that rural e-commerce logistics has problems such as incomplete infrastructure construction, lags in outlet construction, low level of logistics informationization, and lack of professional express delivery personnel. Combining with the current situation of rural express delivery in Xingtai, it proposes countermeasures to develop rural logistics infrastructure, strengthen the construction of rural outlets, strengthen the construction of rural logistics information platform, and strengthen the construction of rural logistics personnel.
