摘　　要：大学数学教学与培养创新人才紧密相连,合理的教学安排能够培养具有创新精神的人才。文章讨论了如何开展大学数学教学进行创新人才培养,论述了立足于创新的启发式教学方法是培养创新人才的根本,提出了培养学生创新精神的具体方法。希望通过探讨,改进大学数学教学方式,使数学课受到学生的喜爱,完成大学数学课堂的使命:传授理论知识,训练逻辑思维,培养学生的创新精神。Mathematics teaching in colleges and universities is closely linked with cultivating innovative talents. Innovative talents can be cultivated by reasonable teaching arrangements. The paper discusses how to develop mathematics teaching to train innovative talents, and discusses that the heuristic teaching method based on innovation is the basis for cultivating innovative talents, and pro-poses concrete methods for cultivating students＇ innovative spirit. It is hoped that by exploring ways to improve university mathematics teaching methods, mathematics classes will be loved by students and fulfill the mission of university mathematics classrooms： impart theoretical knowledge, train logical thinking, and cultivate students＇ innovative spirit.
