急诊科高危患者MEWS评估及院内安全转运和无缝对接模式探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨急诊科高危患者MEWS评估及院内安全转运和无缝对接模式应用效果。方法:选择需要进行院内转运交接的80例高危急诊患者,随机均分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组接受常规院内常规转运交接,观察组给予MEWS评估及院内安全转运和无缝对接模式。对比两组患者安全转运交接工作质量。结果:观察组患者转运交接平均时间明显低于对照组;观察组转运交接专项护理质量评分均显高于对照组;观察组患者转运交接不良事件发生率明显低于对照组;观察组患者接受科室及患者家属对转运交接满意度均明显高于对照组;以上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急诊科经MEWS评估后的高危患者院内安全转运无缝对接模式,可显著提高转运交接工作质量和满意度,保证患者转运和交接过程的安全。Objective：To investigate the effect of MEWS assessment,hospital safe transport and seamless docking mode in high-risk patients in the emergency department.Methods：Eighty high-risk emergency patients requiring transfer in the hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases each.The control group received routine in-hospital transfer and the observation group gave the MEWS assessment and hospital safe transport and seamless docking mode.Comparing the quality of safe transhipment work between the two groups of patients.Results：The mean transit time of patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group;the scores of the special care quality in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group;the incidence of adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group;the patients in the observation group received the department and patient The degree of satisfaction of the family members in transfer handover was significantly higher than that in the control group;the above differences were statistically significant（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion：The seamless docking mode for safe transport of high-risk patients in the emergency department after evaluation by the MEWS can significantly improve the quality and satisfaction of the transfer handover and ensure the safety of the patient’s transfer and handover process.
